If you already have customers who need conversations, content or delivery, you can create and operate Fluid accounts for them without sending them to us — and be paid for it.
A server credential that creates accounts. You provision an account for a customer with one call — no signup form, no password, nothing for them to visit — then configure a character and drive conversations for them from your own product.
Your customers can claim their account later if they want one, and from that moment they can see you in Connected apps and disconnect you. An account you provisioned was never your property, and the programme is built on that being true.
Two paths, and they net the same. Either your customer buys from us at list price and commission is paid into your balance, or you buy on their behalf at your rate off and they receive the full face value. You never mark up: nothing in the system resolves a per-partner price, so there is no mechanism through which you could.
Rates start at 20% and rise with trailing volume. Every number is served rather than published here, so what you read in your account is what you are paid.
An affiliate refers customers to us and earns a share of what they spend. A partner runs the product themselves, for customers who may never hear our name. You can be both; they are separate arrangements with separate money.
The whole integration is documented — provisioning, acting for a customer, driving conversations, the embedded config panel, and every cap and error code. Read it first and decide whether it fits what you have built.
We read every application. If it is a fit you will get an invitation by email — accepting it creates your partner account and connects it to the Fluid account on that address.
